About Us
The Mary Katherine School, established in 2018, is a small, local, private, woman-owned preschool and childcare. We offer all the benefits of a large center without any corporate overlords. We are not simply your care providers, we are are also your neighbors and we consider each student and family member here to be a valued member of our caring, creative community.

Class sizes and Ratios
Infants: 8 infants, 1:4 ratio
Toddlers: 14 toddlers, 1:7 ratio
Preschool: 9 preschoolers , 1:9 ratio

Tuition
As members of the community, we base our tuition off of the Metro area average which is published by Think Small, NOT on what we could get away with. We know that childcare costs are a major concern for many families and we aim to keep our costs fair for our families.
Metro Average Prices
Infants: $451.00/week
Toddlers: $397.00/week
Preschool and Pre-k: $332.00/week
Our Tuition
Infants: Full Time, $425, Part-Time $350
Toddlers :Full Time $365, Part-Time $300
Preschool: Full Time $315*, Part Time $270*
Part-time care is 3 days per week, full time care is 5 days per week.
*for fully potty trained students only, non-potty trained students pay toddler rates.
Families with 2 full time students receive a 10% discount on non-potty trained tuition
Families with 3 full time students receive a 15% discount on non-potty trained tuition.
We do not accept CCAP through any county.
Tuition may be paid 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks at a time. tuition payments are conveniently processed through DailyConnect and can be made via ACH transfer or credit card.
Deposits:
We are currently waiving registration fees for families that enroll before December 31, 2026!
Preschool: $300+$75 registration fee
Toddlers: $400+ $75 registration fee
Infants: $500+ $75 registration fee
Deposits and registration fees are non refundable. Deposits go towards your first week of attendance. You will pay a deposit and then begin paying regular tuition your second week of attendance:)
Pre K: 10 Pre-K students, 1:10 ratio
Tours
If you would like to schedule a tour you may do so via email. Tours may be scheduled M-F between 8:30-11:30am only. We offer 1 tour per family.
